What could be more efficient than automating the loading process of the CNC machine?

The raw material is presented to the fixture the same way every time, then clamped with the same exact force every time. This process of automated loading and pneumatic clamping reduces potential errors typically caused by human fatigue.

During the CNC machining process, with the part still in the workholding, a programmed Renishaw probe will verify dimensions. Data is then fed back to the controls for any adjustments needed to the tool offsets to insure the precision machined components are within the customer's specified tolerance.
